Technical preparation

A comprehensive document is available for the technical preparation of your CompadOne POS system. This document contains:

  • Cabling requirements
  • Network configuration
  • Installation instructions
  • Specific hardware and software requirements

Note: The technical document is available upon request and is intended to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.

CompadOne commissioning

Our implementation includes, among other things, management training at the Compad training center, which is mandatory for the correct and optimal operation of the CompadOne.
In addition, the client can optionally choose on-site installation of the POS system including staff instruction.
If this option is not selected, any costs for installation queries or staff guidance are entirely at the client’s expense.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all our deliveries. All our prices are exclusive of VAT.

In the event of a reversal of a legitimate direct debit, administrative costs of €30 per occurrence will be charged.

Personal support
Included with subscription:

  • Available during Compad’s regular opening hours
  • Available during emergency service hours
  • Remote support via TeamViewer
  • With a working TeamViewer connection
  • CompadOne updates

Not included with subscription:

  • Follow-up on helpdesk queries
  • Importing article database
  • Reprogramming
  • Costs and management of payment terminal and PIN transaction fees
  • Costs for Pay.nl
