Helpdesk is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays<\/p>\n

Technical preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

A comprehensive document is available for the technical preparation of your CompadOne POS system. This document contains: <\/p>\n

  • Installation instructions<\/li>\n
  • Specific hardware and software requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note: The technical document is available upon request and is intended to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.<\/em><\/p>\n

    CompadOne commissioning<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Our implementation includes, among other things, management training<\/strong> at the Compad training center, which is mandatory<\/strong> for the correct and optimal operation of the CompadOne.
    In addition, the client can optionally<\/strong> choose on-site installation of the POS system including staff instruction<\/strong>.
    If this option is not selected, any costs for installation queries or staff guidance are entirely at the client’s expense.<\/p>\n

    Our general terms and conditions apply to all our deliveries. All our prices are exclusive of VAT. <\/p>\n

    In the event of a reversal of a legitimate direct debit, administrative costs of \u20ac30 per occurrence will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
